We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased on craftvibe.site. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are opened, used, or show signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product pages.
  • A proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. The RMA number must be included in your return package to ensure proper processing.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely, including the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with it. Ensure that the item is in unused, sellable condition.
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing insurance for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same steps as a return. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the new item to you. Please note that the exchange process may take a few additional days, depending on product availability.

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping charges. Note: Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). If you received free shipping as part of a promotional offer and your return brings your order total below the threshold for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
